Haas VF-2 SS
Our workhorse. Small to mid-size aluminum, plastics, tool steel. A 12,000-rpm inline direct-drive spindle and high-feed rapids keep cycles tight on prototype and production runs alike.
A precision machine shop in Cantley, Québec. We design parts, cut them on Haas + Nakamura CNC equipment, and ship them ready for your assembly. One shop, end to end.
Most shops only cut. We design too · which means fewer back-and-forths, faster DFM feedback, and parts that are easier to make from the start.
Mechanical design, DFM analysis, and 3D modeling · your CAD or ours. We catch the expensive mistakes before they hit the machine.
Three-axis CNC mills with 4th-axis rotary, multi-axis turning with live tooling, CNC routing, and 3D printing for fixtures. The full toolkit, under one roof.
Aerospace and military design background. Six years quoting, machining, delivering. The quote you get is the part you'll receive.
Each one chosen for what it lets us do for you · not for what it adds to the brochure. Scroll through.
Our workhorse. Small to mid-size aluminum, plastics, tool steel. A 12,000-rpm inline direct-drive spindle and high-feed rapids keep cycles tight on prototype and production runs alike.
When the parts get bigger. Same super-speed package as the VF-2 with a larger envelope · and the HRT210 4th-axis rotary drops on top when you need to machine multiple sides without re-fixturing.
Done-in-one. Y-axis, sub-spindle, driven tools. Complex turn-mill parts come off the machine finished · no second op, no extra setup, no quality drift between fixtures.
Small footprint, big precision. The OL-1 fits through a standard 36" door and turns the kind of small bushings, pins, and threaded fasteners that pair with our milling work. 5C collet for fast setups.
A rotary table that turns the VF-3 into a 4-axis machine when needed. Multiple sides per setup, ports without re-fixturing, splines and flutes on round stock. Quietly the most useful piece of metal in the shop.
Sheets, plastics, soft tooling, RenShape. When a router beats a mill on cycle time · larger sheets, faster passes, lighter materials. The pragmatic choice for jobs that don't need a 12,000-rpm CT40 spindle.
The shop's iteration tool. Soft jaws, fixtures, inspection aids, ergonomic prototypes · printed overnight, ready for the morning shift. Saves machining time on the parts that don't deserve it.
Aluminum and stainless are the everyday work. Tool steels, titanium, copper alloys, and engineering plastics are well within scope.
Pulled live from his profile · new tools, new parts, the occasional triumph and the occasional swearing. Latest below; the auto-feed connector wires up the rest at launch.
